I have purchased one oven on 03/07/2010 from VN AGENCIES (P) LTD. New Delhi. I did not know that what all are the parts they people give with this oven, first the dealer have not given me all the parts like it's grill, high rack, low rack, glass tray, rotating ring. These parts were missing that time, then after one day i called them and ask for that, they were simply saying that they have given all the parts with oven, but after so many arguments with them, finally they have given all these four parts and now the rotating jeck is missing, when i called them again and ask for that, they misbehave with me, talked rudely.

I have not used my oven till yet, it is past 4 days now due to this part(rotating jeck)
