    Default Purchased a product(Blackberry) from Naaptol.com

    I purchased a blackberry product from naaptol.com and this my first new phone which i purchased with my own hard earnings, i spend 9000rs for it. I wanted to check it before giving the cash but the courier guy did not handed the product untill i gave him the cash. As soon as i gave the cash he handed the product and dissappeared. When i opened the box and turned own the phone, i noticed that its a faulty product and the next day it stopped working fully. I am waiting to get the response from there side but they are not providing any solution....
    Please help me with this, it was my hard earned money :'(

    Well the order number is 3230724....
    And the solution that you all have provided me is that i have to send the product back to your main office which is in mumbai and after that they will send the product to the dealer and once it reaches to the dealer he will call me regarding wether he will give me another phone or wether he will refund the money so that means whole together it will take more then a month and where as when i first registered the complaint the customer care representative told me that I'll get a call within 48 working hours that is with 6 working days but no one called me so do you think that I'll will send the product back where as you guys are not taking it on your side and providing me some solution it all depends on the dealer who was suppose to call me and he never did so do you think that once i send the product back to you'll and when you will forward it to the dealer then he will call me, well i do not think so Sir!!!!! :'( please Sir provide me some definate solution on

    Looking forward for a reply Soon !!!!

    I hope this time i get a call from your vendor and if you want I'll also mark them an email on the same but if i do not get any phone call or if they do not revert to my email then i will be an unhappy person and my sadness and frustration will increase so its a humble request that you as them to give me a call, and the name of the vendor was Alpha Radio so how come the email address is under the name of care1@voxmobiles.com

    Well Sir i did get a reply from you as well as i got a phone call and the gy who called me he did not listened to me at all and he just simply told me that he will mail me the address of the shop in delhi where i can go and either get the phone fixed, that all he siad and he hung up on me and right after that i kept on calling him and he is not answering my call and niether i have received any email... Well this is disappointing its getting to long for me... So if you can ask him to give me a call again or else provide me with a definate solution.....

    We would request you visit your nearest Blue Dart office and send the whole product to the below mentioned address:

    JS associates,
    2, Mangesh Industrial estate ,
    Subhash Nagar,
    Mulund Link Road.
    Nahur West,
    Mumbai- 400 078.
    Land mark Behind Designo Furniture Showroom.

    Also, provide the centralized A/c # 113260. Mode: DP to the logistics. You will not have to pay any courier charges for the same. and if asked for the value of the order at the counter, kindly mention a value below Rs 1000 (as the order is defective does not hold any commercial value).

    Request you to duly pack the product in the same original box that you had received along with the accessories at the time of delivery.

    Also, ensure proper packing of the product is done, any defect during transit Naaptol will not be held responsible.

    On the back cover of packing request you to add your name and complete address, along with Naaptol order no [3230724] and your mobile/ landline no for easy identification and further processing.

    Please put the copy of invoice received by you (copy) inside the box along with a note stating the reason for Refund.

    Please help us with the AWB [Air Way Bill] after sending the product.

    It would take 2-3 days for the product to reach us, & we would initiate the refund and the same would be couriered to you within 21 working days.

Well this is risky I do not trust you guys anymore thats all and if you have any branch over here in delhi then I'll give the phone there and I'll collect the check at the same time... And I had give it a thought of providing the handset through the courier but now as you mentioned in the above link that "Any defect during transit Naaptol will not be responsilble". I just do not want to take a single % chance that's all......

    Try and understand my situation Sir.... Plz cooperate with me

    Well it looks like that this is the only solution left from your side anyways I'll be sending it with in two days and I'll let you know about the AWB pin but make sure I should not have any problem after that for eg :- the product is not been reached yet blah blah.... its over there it will take another few days and all that stuff,,,,,, after I send the product I'll take 26 days for my refund check to b in my hands.... But if I do not recieve it with in 26 days then I'll be not a happy person.



    Please try and understand its someones real hard money !!!!!!!!

    As you said i have send the product through the Blue Dart courier under your account number (113260) and when they asked me what is there in side it so i said there is an ipod in it worth of Rs650/- like you guys asked me to say... So my work is done I would be looking forward for the refund check which I'll get with in 21 working days

    Please keep on providing me the status of my problem.
