Hi,

I have purchased a shoe on 24-Oct-2011, from Red Tape in New Delhi, and company gave me warranty of 3 months for the product and the shoe got wet and cracked in the rain I have sent it back for repair on 13-Dec-2011, but now the company has refused to repair the shoe, Now, they are saying that this is not a manufacturing fault.

Please do the needful, as I am very upset with their response.
