I have purchased Sandhisudha oil by enthusiastic on T.V. showing on channel "enter 10"for my mother. I have booked the product by making call on No. 09229264500. I had been advised that if you have no relief from the product, you will be liable for payment money back, only you will call on this no. under 15 days. during this process, i have received the product on 06/12/11at my home address, no relief was there, then i made call on No. 09229264500 on 16/12/11, then they have told me to call on Phone no. 07316457000 on 19/12/11 between 10 a.m. to 5 a.m. I have made call on 19/12/11, they sent address me by sms. I booked the product on just 19/12/11 from my home town Bandikui, distt- Dausa, Rajasthan through courier. the product received at the given address on 26/12/11 as per telephonc talk to sandhisudha members. they have denied to send money 2950/- due to late receiving the product.
duering the whole incident the company did not tell me that the product should be received in 15 days. please persue and punish the cheeter company
