Sub: - Faulty product & no replacement given under warranty.

Sir / Madam,

I had purchased “HOT KING” from Shraddha Sky shop through teleshopping on 09/09/2011 via receipt no-005373 for the cost of Rs.4, 190.00.( A Electric cooking stove )

It was an offer as Hot King +free items (Electric Kettle, Magic chopper, Nazar raksha kawach)
I found these free items are just useless and the main product “Hot King” is having some internal problem as whenever I switch it ON my entire power supply gets trip off.

Therefore I had brought this matter to the notice of company’s customer care center on 07/10/2011 first time & then reminders. But, till the date they did not had taken any action.

Now, I had approached to the consumer forum for replacement of the total set with Rs.25,000.00 (Twenty Five thousands only) as compensation for this problem & subsequently I suffered till now.
Please find attached below,
1. Copy of Receipt for Rs. 4,190.00 dated on 09/09/2011
2. Copies of correspondence done with the company till now.
Kindly take appropriate action to compensate my losses.
