I, Indranil Ray of Plot 356 (2nd floor), 28/9, Sahapur Colony (East), New Alipore, Kolkata-53 have purchased a brown leather bag model no. 23911 of Rs. 1570 on 12.3.11 along with other items on 12.3.11 from Lindsay Street Showroom of Sreeleathers through SCB Credit Card. Subsequently, I gave it to them for minor repair ( Rep Slip No. 17840)on 26.11.11). However, to my utter dismay, when I have gone their showroom on 1.1.12 to receive the said article, I am offered a different bag of same model no. When I have pointed out the matter, the person concerned without hearing me properly has improperly charged me that I am falsely making a hue & cry & he has asked me to receive that offered bag only. I have refused to accept that & made a complaint on 1.1.12 in folio no 67 where it was unintentionally stated that it was originally bought through Axis Bank Card instead of Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card.

What should be by next course of action to receive my bag back from them
