I have ordered zaveri pearls (Dholi Taro) Jewellery Collection of 12 peaces (One necklace set, three pendent set, one kangan, one watch, one clutch one more necklace set with bracelate, three pendent set) but star cj live has not delivered that all product. they have delivered any other product who is totally damaged and less then the quantity of ordered. I complained them on the date of delivery and they have told me that my complain has been registered and they will call me after 24 to 48 hours but. I have complained on 19-1-2012 but till now they have not contacted to me. I have already repeated my complaint and i have got tired to call them again again but they are saying only that they have forwarded my complain. Pls help me for inconvenient and for deliver my original order or back my money refund.
