I had placed order for the nike shoes from Private sales.and they had told that your product will be there within 12 to 15 days.but still upto 20 days my shoes are not with me.and when i had called them,then they had told me that sorry but stock will be come after 5days then we will immediatly shippout yor product.then again after 25 days when I had called them (on monday) they had told me that yes sir we had already shippout your product will be there by wednesday.i had wait for it but it was not there.so I had called them again more then 5 to 10 times but they had not revive my call because they had lied with me,they had never shippout my product..and when they had receive my call they say that it will again take more then 10 days.so I had tell them about refund my cash.then they said it's ok.but now they again tell that it will take 12-15 days for refund your cash..!!and now it's also completed but still they had not given my cash back..my order num is #100246834

I am disappointed by your services that's true..but you peoples are always speaks lies like ''we had shippout your product ''... 'it will be there within two days and also so many lie resons...!! that things make me more criticize...and it still going on for my case refund procedure..Try to speak truth.. and don't always go through only buisness polices.become a honest and speak a satisfied resons to customers..I am not only blame on you but also to other staff members

Dear sir,
i have placed a order to privatesales.com (order No.-100288474 ) & paid the amount on same day on 24th November & they committed to deliver , within 14 working days, but today 21 days are over & i called the customer support several times & every time they are saying that the order will be shipped by tomorrow , but all in vain , next day again the same answer, that tomorrow it will be dispatched.
please help .
