i ordered one handy cam camera ( Taica mc 10), order no OC 2785784 in TVC skyshop on September 2011, they send me the product and i received it on 1/11/2011 in damaged condition, after telephonic discussion with the TVC personals i return the product on the same day through First Flight couriers and they received it within 7 days.. The company assured me at that time that, they will return me one another new handy cam. But till today they are not return the Handy cam to me. When i asks about the matter to there personals of the company from the last 4 months they always answered me that they will return it soon
