Dear Team,
I had purchased clothing worth Rs 8995 from Van Heusen (Ambience Mall, Gurgaon) and received a POWER CLUB membership card which entitled me to get 5% points on the total bill of any future purchase.
The bill receipt dated 21'st March 2010 is with me.
This power club card is valid for all stores of Van heusen.
Recently, I'd shopped at Van Heusen (c-15 Connaught Place) and my bill amount was Rs 27k.
Thus, i were to recieve 3000 pts equivalent to Rs 3000 on my power club card.
These people said, that my card is not active but they have transferred the points tto it.
so, i have been going to gurgaon and CP continously to find out the reason.
Instead of being useful, the power club card has been of great inconvenience.
I have personally been to the stores almost 3-4 times but to no avail.
I'm being harassed by the managers and the Rs 3000 that deserve on being a power club member have not been given to me.
please help!
