I bought Samsung fridge from Vijay Sale, Ghodbunder Thane. They promised me delivery on 25 June 2010.They entered wrong address for the delivery in which fridge is damaged. So they promised to deliver the new fresh piece on 26 June 2010.In afternoon i got call from Vijay Sales that your delivery is on the way. We visit the Vijay Sales Branch and asked the about the delivery. Delivery manager accepted the mistake in delivery address and promised me that your delivery will be done on 9.30 pm. At 9.30 I called them to check, they told that it will be late and till 11.00 pm i don't get the delivery of fridge. On regular follow up they were promising me the wrong delivery time.
