I had recently moved from New Delhi to Chennai and had taken the service of Souther Transports to shift my household goods and car. I was given an estimate of 43,400 along with taxes for movement of my household goods as well as my car. Since I had to get my NOC from RTO to move my car to Chennai, I informed them that the car needs to be shifted later.

Now when the goods were shifted they came up with the bill for 43,400 and when enquired that this amount was to be along with the car, they said that is not a problem and is ok even if the car is delivered later.

And two days back when I got the NOC done and asked them to shift my vehicle they came back to me saying I was supposed to pay them the 10,500 for the car as well as the service tax. So taking the total consingment amount to 50k+ way above their initial estimate. Even the goods that were delivered had damages as well as broken items.

Now I wish to take legal action against them, please guide me.
