Sir,

I feel disheartened writing this mail for poor services and misbehavior at my favorite shopping destination in mumbai.

I am Siddharth Agrawal from Ratlam, Madya Pradesh and had visited Zara for buying some winter clothes for my younger brother on 22//11/11 of November and bought two pieces of winter wear bearing Trans No. :072080 and paid Rs 8380 for the same partly by cash and card.

When we realized that i have bought wrong sizes (sizes differ in most of the brands) i requested one of my friends visiting mumbai from Ratlam on December 17th to get bigger sizes for the same two pieces without stressing much on any other product, but when he visited there were no sizes available at the Store, i directed him to return the products and take the Credit Note for the same without insisting on refund (knowing the 30 days return policy)but when he went to the billing desk, the personnel told him that we don't provide credit Notes and when my friend made him speak to me on phone to which i explained the counter personnel that we don't stay in bombay and it will not be convenient for me to visit mumbai for another few weeks to which he assured and clearly told me that sir , don't worry we will do the refund provided you bring the card through which payment was made whenever you visit mumbai next and i was relaxed knowing that it can be exchanged or refunded latter.

But the scene was completely different when i visited the store yesterday evening, the person at the billing desk called for some Lady Manager, who immediately came and asked if i have bills available for the same , when i produced the bills, she said that it cannot be done as this are more then one month old products and this is against our policy for which i told her the entire thing, but she rather then even listening to my problem straight away gave me a call centre number and email if ( the call centre number she gave was wrong, i have that in writing as well) but some how i arranged for the number and when i contacted at 4 30 pm , the security said that everyone has left for the day though it was still the working time, when i visited the lady manager again with this problem she dint believe me and told me to call in front of her as if i was lying to her about the same.
When she got confirmed that no one is available at the call centre as well, she told me sir do whatever u wish to do but we cannot do this from our end, i was literally requesting her saying that ma'm i have to leave back in the evening for Ratlam (my native) and will not be able to come back for another 30 days around many other customers again and again and she was giving me the kind of attitude that i am not wanted in Her store and after having 20 mins of utter humiliation i told her that if u cannot change then i will leave this two jackets here and kept it near the counter and started walking leaving the bags in front of her on the counter to which she told that we don't hold any responsibly for any of your belongings very rigidly rather then expelling or convincing me for some other alternative.


I still request you to replace sizes or refund for products being discussed here as i visited in december for getting bigger sizes before 30 days and was misguided knowingly or unknowingly by your store personnel that it can be done later.
Also i request you to keep some customer relation manager for customer queries or direct your Current Store Manager to be humble and polite with your regular customers as well.
I had been pleading so much because those products were bought my me on behalf of someone else and i had to bear the cost for the same without having any interest in the same.

My products are still with the lady manager in mumbai Store at the ground floor, you can please check with her.

Looking forward for some positive reply from your end.
