i was ordered for combo watches on COD option. They send the watches and i was paid 690.00, in that one is damaged. And my opinion is the items are duplicate alos. Now any one please tell me how can i claim that amount. Please help me pls pls pls.![]()
I had placed an order for three cosmetic items on 100bestbuy.Com online merchant website.Rs 1155/- For these goods were paid through netbanking through my axis bank account.Order confirmation is as below.Order no.1570770 dtd 29th November 2011 confirmation received from ccavenue.
Since 29 november I am totally in dark about my order.I have neither received my goods nor any reply from 100bestbuy.Com of my more tha 15 emails till date.Their phone nos are fake and will always hang up.No body is answering on any of the listed numbers.I had also asked them via email for refund of my amount paid but that is also futile.
I wish to take legal or appropriate action against this cheater website.Pls advise me accordingly.Can any one from bangalore check their physical address if it is fake ?

I purchase couple watch from 100bestbuy.com and pay online and got that product within 5 days through courier but when i received the product i saw that the watch do not works properly, then i call 100bestbuy customer care and they told me to return the product to our address and after receiving the product we will send you new one . Then i courier the product to their address and after 10 days i got my replace product. This time the product is really awesome and original, the site facilities are good as well as their delivery. If you have any problem, you can call to customer care. I think they will help you. Thanks..................
I participated in Contest from 100bestbuy.com after paying Rs.199/- I entered to Contest. Few days after the Contest, their telecaller Ms. Shalini called me up and said that I was not selected in the Conest but they have selecated 20 more peoples to whom they are going to send products if they are ready to pay an amount of Rs.1050/-. I was been told that I am choosen for iPod touch-screen nano with 8GB memory. I searched over the net about the product details and came to know that iPod touch screen nano obviously is a good product. I placed the order after she called me 3 times and 1 call from my side on her number. The Ref numebr was 1629070 (Ref:1629070). You won't believer what I got. I got an mp3/4 player with 2GB memory which I could get from the market barely at Rs.400-500/- and I paid Rs.1050 (I paid on COD)+199/- (the Contest price)=Rs.1249/-. I called their customer care but no one entertained the call. Also I tried Ms. Shalini's number too, but it was out of reach.
Can anyone suggest me what I need to do now?
How could I take a legal action aginst them, if it needed?

This is regarding the wrong product I received from 100BestBuy.Com. I placed an order (Ref:1629070) on January 17, 2012, after getting a call from their telecaller, Ms. Shalini. I had participated in their contest after paying Rs.199/-. She had called me to inform that I have not been selected in that contest. Furthermore, she said that I am among 20 persons whom they have selected to send an offer. As per her, I was selected to choose a product out of 4. She told me all four. To know what exactly iPod nano is I asked her to call me again. She called me 3 times. I placed the offer after calling her at the same number she called me from. I opted 8GB iPod touch-screen nano after surfing over the net what exactly iPod touch-screen nano is. She said that I will get the product (8GB iPod touch-screen Nano) within 7 days along with accessories like charger, 2 years warranty/guarantee card. For that I was asked to pay Rs.1050/-(Rupees One thousand and Fifty only). I agreed.
I got the product delivered on January 23, 2012 after making the said payment of Rs.1050/-. I opened the product and I was shocked, it was a local mp3/4 player with 2GB memory card without accessories except a damaged earphone and a data cable. I called their customer care about 10-12 times but no one entertained the call. IVRS attended the call every time but when I pressed 3 to talk to a customer care executive, no one responded.
I called Ms. Shalini again and told her about the mishappening. She said I am going to talk to the concerned department and will call you with solution today. As expected, I did not get any call from her. Next day, I made several attempts so that she could pick the phone. At last, do not know if by mistake, she picked the call and said that I have talked with the concerned department and you will get your said product (8GB iPod touch-screen nano). She also told me that one of our courier person will come to you to pick the product. Pls do not send the product yourself. I agreed. I also send 1-2 mails to their (all 4) email IDs mentioned on the website telling all about my discussion with her. I also did not get any email from their side also. Yesterday was her 7th day. As no one came to me in this duration, I called her again but she did not picked the call.
I am really upset with their behaviour and thinking to lodge an FIR first against them and planning to go to the consumer court if needed.
