I had not received my Gate Stipend of 96000 rs for ME IT 2009-10 academic year..
S N Sharma is concerned person for our file no 224 ( Sinhgad College of Engineering,vadgaon(bk),Pune-411041).
I had talked to him several times but no results till date.
Lastly Satya Narayein demanded 20000 rs as a commission to give me check...
Is there any law ?
college and s n sharma both are running a lobby of taking students stipend.
