I have asked askme.com buggers to stop sending me sms's 3 times in last 10 days .

I had called them and asked noto send sms's to my number. The customer care lady apologized and said it would be deactivated in next 48 hours. I got sms exactly after 48 hours. I agaian called them up n the same story repeated. Again I called and same story repeated. Today I got another message from these buggers. I has told them that i would complain in TRAI but it seems they had taken it very lightly.

Is there a strong rule where we can actually punish these buggers.
