We retailers from Kargil had invested with Narmada Easy Online( NARMADA INFOTECH PVT LTD) to run BSNL E-pin recharge facility for the customers in Kargil District of J&K. This process was running smoothly till 10-05-2010,but unfortunately the company suddenly stopped the recharge services for reasons unknown to us even though there was no shortcomings on the part pf the retailers/dealers.After that we tried to communicate with them on many occasions but the company did not respond to our calls and emails regarding this matter. Now we dealers/retailers want that either the Company should restart the services as before or the said Company should reimburse our remaining investment of Rs 1,30,000 , at the earliest.
Kindly help us with regarding the matter.
