Dear Sir,
I was in a store of Cakes, Block BH Sector-2 Salt Lake City, Kolkata 700091 on 27.12.2011. The owner along with the staff are fleecing customers by not giving them the bill even when they ask for it. It has happened to me 5 times in the past also where they have not given me the bill under some pretext or the other. On talking to the owner (name as provided by the employee Mr Sanjay) Mr. Gaurav Samanto he says as a company policy they only give the bill when a customer asks for it. Thus charging the VAT amount on the customers and not paying the Government of India. They also openly say that they will not provide the bill to the customers during year end festivities as a matter of company policy.
Moreover the misbehave with the customer who asks for the bill.
You are requested to look into the matter.
