i had despatched a dak on 17/04/2010 from raipur(cg) to singrauli(mp) but till date dak was not delivered by courier service.i complained at their local office but not responded .i want to complain about it at consumer court because i have lost some important documents in this dak.please give me advise.

This is my Complaint against Blue Sky Courier Service, Sidhi, Madhya Pradesh that according to courier person the Courier had received the goods sent to me from Jabalpur on 31st October 2010. but till the evening at 10 of 2nd november the courier has not delivered the parsol to me, and during my inquiry courier person misbehaved with me and used unusual and irresponsible words...

this is my hardly complain against the Blue Sky Courier Service,

Even i am facing a similar problem. I dispatched set of books from delhi to bangalore and i have not received it yet. dispatch date 28 oct. I see that they have printed in small font on the receipt that they are not to be held responsible for any loss. If so ever they are held guilty their compensation for each package of local courier is 100 and international courier is 1000. The books i have sent are worth more than 8,000. Any Help!!!!
