i want to write a complain about desai publication near thane west. it's a fraud company. i paid rs 1600 to publish article in loksatta and desai gave me receipt and said article would be published and its been three months now neither article is published nor he is giving me my money back. i have had several visit at his office but always he shouts and abuses. he doesn't take responsibility.

please someone look into this matter and do the needful.
