The said agency is located in Govandi East,the person running this organisation is Mr Suraj,we have paid him his fee of Rs 3800 in hope of getting a household help,this payment was made in the month of June for which i have the receipt.We were promised a maid in three days but to our dismay we had to call him up everyday after three days till we were given a number of a maid who was supposed to come and start work from the next day,the person who gave us this maids number is named asmita,who works for Excel manpower to our surprise when we called this maid she was totally unaware of any such deal with excel manpower servies and infact asked us for a salary which was to be fixed between the agency and her and we were not even supposed to know about.However she refused to work for us and by now it was already two weeks,i asked Suraj for a refund as that was part of the deal that if he could not supply a maid he would refund the money.It has been 4 months and we are still following up we have not received our money and suraj just keeps posponding
i am cluless as to what to do should i amke a police complain ??? kindly advise such people must be taught a lesson

I had registered with excel manpower agency few months back for maid services by paying registration fees of Rs 3800. i was promised a full time maid within 7 working days with a salary of rs 3500. after a lot of followup ie. for more than a month, they sent me a maid that too with the salary of rs 4000. the maid worked only for a month and left. i have been continuously following up with the agency for another maid but neither are they giving us a maid nor are they refunding our money back. everytime the owner mr. rajesh says that he wants 2-3 days.

we are tired following up with them. some solution to this will be highly appreciated.
