NO JUSTICE FOR COMMON MAN IN INDIA/WHY THE POLICE HAS NOT LOGED THE F.I.R TILL DATE WHEN THE AIRPORT POLICE HAS CREATED THE HIGH ALERT IN THIS MATTER AND WHO IS MADAM PRABHA AT THE DELHI AIRPORT AND WHY SHE IS BEING PROTECTED BY THE DELHI POLICE.
IF THE POLICE AND THE CONCERN DEPATMENTS WOULD HAVE TAKEN THE ACTION IN TIME INSTEAD OF SAVING THE CULPRITS THE THOUSAND OF PEOPLE HAVE BEEN SAVED TO BECOME VICITUMS.
SIR,
A FAKE JOB RACKET IS RUNNING IN DELHI BY MADAM PRABHA WITH THE HELP OF NARESH SHARMA,NEERAJ SHARMA,DEVENDER SHARMA,ADITIYA BHARDWAJ AND MADAM KONKA DEB. THE ARE PROVIDING THE JOBS IN THE INDIAN AIRLINES,DELHI POLICE,AIRPORT PARKING CONTRACTS,DSSSB JOBS,DELHI METRO AND INDIAN RAILWAYS UNDER QUOTA SEATS AS THEY SAY.THEY ARE HAVING VERY STRONG TIEUP WITH THE POLICE SO THAT ANY INNOCENT CANDIDATES MAY NOT LODGE ANY COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM.
A MAN ANKIT BHUTANI WAS ARRESTED AT IGI AIRPOT DELHI ON 22/06/2011 HAVING FAKE IGI AIRPORT ENTRY PASS WHICH HAS TO BE ISSUED BY MINISTRY OF CIVIL AVIATION ALONG WITH HIS APPOINT LETTER OF INDIAN AIRLINES AND A LIST OF 109 CANDIDATES WHICH ARE ALSO LIKELY TO JOIN THE INDIAN AIRLINES JOB ON 22/06/2011.BUT THIS MAN WAS ARRESTED BY AIR PORT POLICE STATING THAT THE ENTRY PASS AND THE APPOINT LETTER IS FAKE AND THIS MATTER WAS PUBLISHED IN THE NEWS PAPER ON 23/06/2011.
1 HAVE SENT A MAIL TO THE POLICE COMMISSIONER DELHI MENTIONING ALL THE FACTS IN DETAIL BUT INSTEAD OF MAKING THE INQUIRY I HAVE THREATNED BY AN ASI RAJ KUMAR DAHIYA ASKING ME TO DESTRY ALL THE DOCUMENTS SUCH AS APPOINT LETTERS/SELECTION LETTERS,I.D. CARDS WITH SOME CANDIDATES AND A LIST OF 109 AND 65 CANDIDATES WERE LIKELY TO JOIN IN THE INDIAN AIRLINES ON 22/06/2011.
NOW THE QUESTION ARRISE THAT WHY THE POLICE IS NOT TAKING ANY ACTION AGAINST THEM.

1. WHO IS ISSUING THE FAKE AIRPOR ENTRY PASSES WITH THE NUMBER WHICH HAS ONLY TO BE ISSUED BY MINISTRY OF CIVIL AVIATION.
2. WHO IS ISSUING THE FALSE/FAKE APPOINTMENT LETTERS TO THE CANDIDATES ON THE INDIAN AIRLINES LETTER HJEADS.
3. SOME CANDIDATES HAS BEEN GIVEN THE AIRPORT UNIFORMS ALSO.
4. MADAM PRABHJA,NARESH SHARMA,NEERAJ SHARMA,DEVENDER SHARMA,ADITIYA BHARDWAJ AND KONKA DEB AHS COLLOECTED FROM ONE LAC TO SEVEN LAC RS. PER CANDIDATE IN ACCORDACE WITH THEIR JOBS.
5. IT WAS STATED TO ALL THE CANDIDATES THAT THESES AIRPORT JOBS ARE UNDER VENDOR QUOTA SEATS AND DELHI POLICE,DSSSB,MDELHIETRO,INDIAN RAILWAY SEATS ARE UNDER THE MANISTRIAL QUOTA SEATS.
6. SOME OF THE CANDIATES HAS BEEN ISSUED FAKE APPOINTMENT LETTER BUT WHEN THEY ARE PROVED THAT EVERY THING IS FAKE AND FRAUD THE POLICE INSTEAD OF MAKING THE ENQUIRY AGAINST THEM TRYING TO HARRASH THE INNOSENT CANDIDATES.
7. I PREM KINRA CAN HELP THE POLICE IN THE INVESTIGATION IF THE POLICE RECRUIT AN HONEST OFFICER FOR THE INVESTIGATION WITHOUT MAKING ANY HARRASHMENT TO THE INNOCENT CANDIDATES AND ASSURE THAT THE CANDIDATES MONEY WILL BE RETURNED BACK IF RECOVERED.

Respected Madam,

• Please refer to my various complaints in regard to fake job racket in Delhi and requested all the senior authorities to Depute an honest officer to investigate this matter but you will surprise to note that my son the complainant has been made as accused by the police and submitted the statement as per their wish and help to excape the routes of this racket for the reason best known to them…..?

• I once again request you to go through my letter written by me to the commissioner of Police Delhi requested him to depute an honest officer to investgate the matter because as per the FIR No. 19 of the Demetic Airport Ankit Bhutni entered the Airport at 1315 hours is wrong because inspector S.I.Ramkumar Dahiya has given me a threat to destroy all documents at about 1200 hrs.

• 2ndly The police has given no information about the he was carring a letter dt. 12-06-2011 on the name of The Personnel Manager, Indian Airlines,Delhi Airport for the verification of the recruitment of 14 candidates listed in that letter written by Siddarth Kinra.
• The Main routes of this racket Madam Prabha /Suprabha –She was earlier also convicted at the Airport for similar type of activities in 2 or 3 cases have already been registered on her name but not only she but Mr. Naresh Sharma (Working in Metro Delhi) his right- hand,Mr. Devender Sharma so called the authorized vendor of the Delhi Airport and Mr. Neeraj Sharma and Aditiya Bhardwaj were keep moving at the Airport in proper Uniform and with Airport Entry Passes since last one year because all the candidates has been given their Airport Entry Passes either by Neeraj Sharma or Aditiya Bhardwaj at the Delhi Airport. When ever they met with the candidates they were in uniform and they came out from the Airport to meet with the Candidates.

• Madam Prabha,Naresh Sharma,Aditiya Bhardwaj,Neeraj Sharma and Devender Sharma were at the Airport on 22/06/2011 and 23/06/2011 when they were threating us by S.I.. RamKumar Dahiya and were trying to release Ankit Bhutani so that this racket could be opened and they should keep looting the innocent candidates like Siddarth and many more as per the list of 65 candidates and 109 candidates.

• Madam Prabha and his Party succeeded in the matter and Ankit Bhutani was mentioned as accused as per FIR has been released from the Airport on 23-06-2011 without presenting him in the court. Even after making the High Aleart at the Air[port.

• If a man is moving at the Airport freely since many years without any hasitation and metting the candidates at the Airport in Proper Uniform and involved in such kind of activities, HOW IT CAN BE POSIBLE WITHOUT THE HELP OF THE POLICE.

• As per the Statement of Neeraj Sharma and Aditiya Bhardwaj Prabha madam and Naresh Sharma has forced them to do theses activities and they are also saying them selves as vicitum but how it can possible because Naresh Sharma and Devender Sharma is Neeraj Sharma’s Uncle and he was staying with Naresh Sharma’s House at Dabri.

• In the Court The Police has not given neither the name of Naresh Sharma nor Devender Sharma from where the entire unform lot was kept the and the uniforms for all the candidates were given by Naresh Sharma’s house in front of Sumit Kumar (Candidate for Job)

• No one neither Aditiya Bhardwaj has made any complaint to the police nor Neeraj Sharma has made any complaint to the police then how they can be vicitums in this case.

• Madam Prabha was arrested by the Police on 18-11-2011 and S.I Ram Kumar Dahiya has called me and Ankit bhutani about her identification and Mr. Ankit Bhutani has recognisrd her as he met her 2-3 times earlier at the Airport.
•
• Why Madam Prabha has not been presented before the court even the the police was knowing that she is involved in such kind of activities and helped her to escape for the reason known to them………?

• Why police has not presented Naresh Sharma in the court when he is aviable and working in Delhi Metro and his phone number is also working.He is not only connected with this racket but he is running many rackets of such kind. Reason why…………..?

• There is no name given by police of Devender Sharma the reason best known to them…………………………..?
•
• It proves Siddarth absoulately innocent because he has written a letter to the Personnel Manager, Indian Airlines for the verification of the recruitment of his candidates on 12/06/2011.
•
• Mr. Ankit Bhutani who is one of the candidate has received that letter on 12-06-2011 and told Siddrath that he got that letter and said that he seems that his joining will be done on 22/06/2011 as per the list of 65 canidates given to Ankit Bhutani at the Airport on 30/-5/2011 by Neeraj Sharma and Deveneder Sharma.

• On 22/06/2011 Ankit Bhutani was the first person to report at the Airport and when he tried to contact Neeraj Sharma and Aditiya Bhardwaj to know about his joining and in their absence he went to the Airport and shown the letter written by Sidharth Kinra addressed to The Personeel Manager Indian Airlines about the recruitment status of the candidates , and it was also mentioned that they have been given recruitment under vendor quota seats at about 11 A.M in the morning.
• Ankit Bhutani shown entered at 1315 PM during this period All the fake job racket runner (Prabha Madam,Neeraj Sharma,Aditiya Bhardwaj,Naresh Sharma and Devender Sharma)were present at the Airport and they tried to threat me by Police..Even after the High Alert Ankit Bhutani was released on personal bail from the Airport it-self and Air Port Police didn’t Produced him before the Hon’ble Court the reason best known to the police………..?
• From 24/06/2011 till Nov. 2011 the Police was sitting quite and was not interested to open this case but the movement pressure came from you and as the metter was published in the news paper Police has arrested the complaintant and made him the accused.
• This was only Siddarth Kinra and My self who wanted that no other innocent child like Siddarth should be cheated by this fake job racket and he (Siddarth Kinra) has mailed about 465 mails to all the leading authorities like Hon’ble President of India,Hon’ble Chief Justice of Supreme Court and High Court and to The Commissioner of Police Delhi,DGP Haryana,SP ROhtak,I.G.Rohtak and other many higher authorities and sent all the document of the candidates to save them in safe custody and the first mail was mailed by him at 1309 hrs on 22/06/2011 from RSohtak to the Commissioner of Police Delhi and this can be verified from our rohtak phone No. I.P.Address.
• As per the FIR Ankit Bhutani was entered at the Air Port at 1315 hours, which means that Siddarth has made the complaint before to his arrest but Ankit was accuttaly arrested at about 11 A.M. and after the threat of S.I. Ram Kumar dahiya I went to the Police Station Bahadurgarh to lodge this complaint at about 1230 hrs on 22/06/2011 but they have marked on my comlaint that this can be lodged at Rohtak only.After that I came back to my shop and I asked Siddarth to send these documents to the maximum departments so that the documents could be saved.
• After that I have written thousands of mail to all the leading authorities so that no innocent candidate should not be cheated. The detail of soime mails and their reply in mention in my attached letter written to the commissioner of Police Delhi.
• I am writing this letter on 3/01/2012 but I will post this letter after the bail of my innocent son because I know if this letter will be posted to-day then the police will make some interference in the court.
• Even though Neearj and Aditiya’s advocate were saying them inncont and I was keep quite because I want that my innocent Son who was working as a sales manager in a firm and has been terminated due to his judicial custdy.He was always aviable when the police called him but the Police delebrately arrested him because S.I. Ramkumar Dahiya thought that we are writing so many letters and if they will arrest Siddarth then no letter will be written from our-side.
• I/We made so many request to the Police as well as you to Provide a Honest Investigation Officer to investigate this case but again the case has been given to S.I.Ramkumar Dahiya and Associates and they have not only helped Prabha Madam to Run Away but I know that Prabha Madam,Naresh Sharma and Devender Sharma is with their link only does not want to Prosecute them because they are their Golden Eggs giving hens.
• I just want an honest police officer to investgate this case without any prejudice and without any torucher to the innocent candidates and also want that the actual culprits even if Police should come to the Picture.

• So can you Provide me an Honest officer to investigate the matter and to save the life of thousands of innocent children.

SUB: IS THE FAKE JOB RACKET IS BEING RUN AT DELHI AIRPORT UNDER THE POLICE PROTECTION BECAUSE THE POLICE HAS MADE THE VICTUM AS ACCUSED AND PROTECTED THE ACTUAL CULPRITS -THE REASONS ARE.


SIR,
This has refrence to my thousand of complaints to all of you demanding an HONEST OFFICER to investigate this case i.e. FAKE JOB RACKET BEING RUN BY MADAM PRABHA,NARESH SHARMA,NEERAJ SHARMA,DEVENDER SHARMA AND ADITIYA BHARDWAJ and to the the life of thousands of innocent children becoming the victum of this racket LIKE MY SON.
THE REASONS ARE:-
1. Police has reagistered this case on 22/06/2011 stating that Ankit Bhutani entered the Airport Premises at 1315 hrs.
a) IS A WRONG STATEMENT BECAUSE SUB. INSPECTOR RAM KUMAR DAHIYA HAS GIVEN ME A THREAT TO DESTROY ALL THE DOCUMENTS OF ALL THE CANDIDATES AT ABOUT 1200 HRS ON 22/06/2011
b) Ram Kumar Dahiya has not disclosed that letter recovered from Ankit Bhutani written by Siddarth on 12/06/2011 on the name of The Personnel Manager,Indian Airlines,Delhi Airport,Delhi in which siddarth asked about the status of the recruitment of his candidates and copy of this letter was sent to Ankit Bhutani(Siddarth Candidate) to get it confirmed from the Air-Port on 12/06/2011 TO Ankit Bhutani on his male.
c) There was a high alert at the Air-port due to the Availbilty FAKE AIRPOT ENTRY PASS from Mr. Anki Bhutani but S.I. Ram Kumar Dahiya didn’t produce Ankit Bhutani before the court and released him from the Air-Port Police station it-self-Why ....?
d) As the the Statement of Ankit Bhutani The AIR PORT ENTRY PASS AND HIS SELECTION LETTER WAS GIVEN TO HIM BY NEERAJ SHARMA AND ADITIYA BHARDWAJ AGAINST THE PAYMENT DIRECTLY MADE TO THEM AT THE AIRPORT AND ADITIYA AND NEERAJ WERE ALWAYS IN THE PROPER AIRPORT UNIFORM WITH THIER AIRPORT ENTRY PASSES AT THE AIRPORT PREMISES.
e) It was only Ankit Bhutani amung all the candidates given by Siddarth who met Madam Prabha 2-3 times or more at the AIRPORT to know the updates of his job and were regularly touch with Madam Prabha through phone.
f) Why the Police has not taken any action against Siddarth on 22/06/2011 and not even tried to make any inquiry about this fake job racket.
g) Madam Prabha,Naresh Sharma,Neeraj Sharma,Devender Sharma were at the Airport on 22/06/2011 and 23/06/2011 till the Ankit Bhutani released from the Airport Police station on 23/06/2011.
i) If Siddarth would have awared about this racket then why he has written a letter to the Personnel Manager, Indian Airlines for verification the recruitment of his candidates and why he have sent a copy of this letter to Ankit Bhutani’s Mail on 12/06/2011.(It clears that Siddarth never know till 22/06/2011 that this is a fake job racket.)
j) It was only Siddarth who asked Ankit Bhutani to get this letter verified from the Airport on 12/06/2011.
k) If Ankit Bhutani wouldn’t come to Airpot for the verification of his letter the racket would be smoothly running and thousands of more innocent candidates would have been cheated by this racket.
l) Why S.I. Ram Kumar Dahiya and other officialls has release Madam Prabha after his arrest on 18/11/2011 at Domestic Airport Police Station and not presented in the Court even though the matter was published in the 2 leading National News Papers i.e. Hindi Hindutan and Hindi NavBharat Times on 11/11/11 & 12/11/11and the news about this fake job racket was given by Siddarth and My Self.
m) Why the Police Higher authorities has not deputed an honest officer to investigate this matter even after our thousands of letters demanding an honest officer to investigate this matter and to save the life and money of thousands of coming victums/candidates.
n) Why Siddarth and I was demanding for an Honest Officer for investigation because of the threat of Ram Kumar Dahiya on 22/06/2011 TO DESTROY ALL THE DOCUMENTS OF THE CANDIDATES for which I have made a complaint in the Bahadurgarh Police Station on 22/06/2011.
o) Prabha Madam didn’t even recognised me nor Siddarth showing her a vediofilm given by me to inspector Ram Kumar Dahiya during his visit at my shop at Bahadurgarh and then S.I. Ramkumar Dahiya has gone to Rohtak to meet Siddarth.
p) Siddarth was avialable in his office as he was called from his office to give his statement.
q) We i.e. My self,my-wife and Siddarth were paying back the money to the candidates from our salary and shop and over six lacs has been returned to some of the candidates even though Siddarth has taken his consultancy fee of Rs.10,000/=(Ten thousand) only from Mr. Neeraj Sharma after his confirmation that he had got the Job in Indian Airlines while showing his AEP card and latter on Salary Cheque.
r) Now it has been cleared that Neeraj Sharma who was acctually Sidharth Candidate was deputed by Aditiya Bhardwaj was also a part and parcel of this racket because not only Neeraj Sharma but his two uncle’s Naresh Sharma(Working in Delhi Metro) and other uncle Devender Sharma with whom Neeraj was staying in Delhi were running this racket with Prabha Madam.
s) No candiadtae has ever made any compalint against this racket and this was only Siddarth who has not only made thosands of complaint and tried to stop such kind of racket but has forced police to investigate the matter but I/he was not aware that Ram Kumar Dahiya and Associates will investigate the matter with whom this racket was running smoothly since last many years.
t) This is the statement of Sh. Suresh kumar SHO-IGI Domestic Airpor That Prabha Madam has earlier also arrested many times in similar kind of activities.
u) Why Police has not given the name of Naresh Sharm and Devender Sharma when In each and every complaint it is heading of the compalint that A FAKE JOB RACKET IS BEING RUN AT THE AIRPORT BY PRABHA MADAM WITH THE HELP OF NEERAJ SHARMA,NARESH SHARMA,ADITIYA BHARDWAJ AND DEVENDER SHARMA.
v) Prabha Madam is still RUNNING THIS RACKET and Playing the role under the hands of Air-Port Police and this can be verified from the news that another fresh candidate has been cheated by Madam Prabha on 18/12/2011 in the Times of India and paid Rs. 70,000/= thousand by promising him job at Air-port and this new was given by Shri R.A.Sanjeev,DCP IGI Aiport.
w) The life of my son Siddarth has been Spoiled by IGI Police but still I want you to stop this fake job racket being run with the help of IGI airpot Police because Madam Prabha would n’t have taken 70000/= from a fresh candidate at the Airport on 18/12/2011 when Siddarth and Aditiya were in Judicial custody and only Madem Prabha,Naresh Sharma and Devender Sharma were freely moving under the protection of IGI Police.
I THEREFORE REQUEST ALL THE AUTHORITIES TO KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND IT MIGHT BE YOUR INNOCENT SON LIKE ME WHOSE LIFE HAS BEEN SPOILED BY THE MOST CURRUPT POLICE BEING INVESTIGATING THIS CASE.

Note:-I have many times been threatened by Ram Kumar Dahiya and Mr.Naresh Sharma has also given me the threat to stop writting these letters and I have also made a complaint against Naresh Sharma at Bahadurgarh Police Staion. I or my family may be killed by any body for which igi police should be held responsible for protecting such type of criminals.
