Hi,

I went to HP petrol pump (small petrol pump ahead of SOBO Central, towards bhatia hospital) with my Volkswagen VENTO VDI. Company claims that the fuel capacity of Vento VDI is 55 litres. i have been using the car more than a year now and have never fuelled my car more than the specified limit.

However, this time the machine showed my car was fuelled with 62 litres of diesel. i fail to understand how a car with 55 litres capacity can be fuelled with 62 litres. i have collected the bill with my car no on it and with details of diesel filled and amount charged for the same.

how can i get this to next level. please advice

i would also like to mention. that i saw the machine set as zero and was constantly monitoring standing right next to the guy. so it wasnt a miss from my end, it was purely machine tampering. friends have told me that generally you 0.95 litre when machine indicates 1 litre (fraud comes to 5 %)... but this time, in percentage terms he has faulted the machine to the extent of 20%.
