Please note this Planet M shop. 7 months ago I gave my Samsung S3310 handset for servicing and They lost the handset. They are now trying to force me to buy another handset
without giving any replacement or cash. I have talked to the manager of the shop as well as to his Manager(Planet M Official) but it did not do any good. Just cant believe how a company like Planet M do this.
