Dear Sir,

Iam a Middle Aged Chennai Citizen and now suffering from Severe Nervous Problems
and I have lost my Job and I have decided to do Forex Trading by using the E.Currency
"Liberty Reserve (L.R) which is worldwide accepted to do Forex Trading in a profitable
manner.

Hence, I serched for the "Liberty Currency Sellers" in a Google Search and I have
found that "www.netwayexchange.com" is a leading seller who also Prominently
displayed their Web Page.

I registered with them and I wrongly made Two Buying Orders to purchase the
Liberty Reserve (L.R) Currency for 100 & 25 U.S.Dollars due to my Severe
Nervousness but I could place my Third Order No: BNE713 to buy 20 U.S.
Dollars from them and I remitted the required Cash of Rs.1,245/- into their
Account Name: Sachin C Jain and to their ICICI Bank, Rajaji Nagar, Bangaluru
Branch Code: ICIC0000296 today (16/12/2011) and I have uploaded the Scanned
copy of the Remittance Challan to them for Rs.1,245/-

Consequently they have accepted my Third Order No:BNE713 and told me in
my E.Mail I.D: cnram_15@ibibo.com as follows:-

Bur in my another E.Mail account they have sent me a Warning Message that
they have Forfeited 10.19 U.S.Dollars equivalent to Rs.550/- as Penal charges
for my Two Wrong Orders Placed and they have transferred only 9.81 U.S.
Dollars into my L.R.A/c.No: U3895556 and have also threatened me for my
Requesting or Aplogy E.Mails sent to them by saying that they had already
mentioned about that Penal Charges in their Terms & Conditions.

However sir, I pray to your Goodself that their so called conditions about
their Penaly Charges for placing Wrong Buying Orders could not be
Prominently given by them in Advance and so the Poor Chennai Citizen
like me could not see & read them.

Hence, I pray or request your Goodself to please persue or proceed with
them to Credit the Forfeited amount of 10.19 U.S.Dollars into my Liberty
Reserve Account No: U3895556 as soonest as possible.

We have also stated in our news section that multiple orders will block the account and a fee of Rs.550/- will be debited from any payment you make.

All orders placed in our website are projected and calculated under foreign exchange and are sent to RBI for all our transactions. It is not that you don't read the terms and simply keep submitting the orders as per your wish and ask us to complete one from them. We don't tolerate any such mistakes at any cost as we face issues from RBI for all such orders which you submit and don't make any payment.

We had sent $9.81 after deducting the unblocking fee whereas our condition say that any payment made by you will be forfieted for violating the terms which you agreed twice as you submitted two orders.

Any further such mails will be considered abusive and we will have no option but to forward your IP and other details to legal department for verification.
