i have booked the courier from mumbai branch to ranchi(bit, mesra) whose no. was 269559566 on 6/1/2012 which contained a violet in it .
i waited the courier till 15/1/2012 and then i called B.P.SINGH (9967352440) they told me to wait for some more time .
on 22/1/2012 they told me that they lost my courier
i want to book a complain against them .
what i need to do now how to process?
