Hi, I just visited V3S mall in Laxmi Nagar for the first time after moving back to delhi last month from Mumbai. I visited mall with my brother who needs a wheel chair at malls to enjoy himself.

First it was very annoying to see the parking arrangements at the mall as only gate was kept open for Incoming and Outgoing traffic, which created a chaos while Parking -in and driving out...they were merely intrested in getting as many cars as possible parked and making Rs.10/- per car. ALL RULES OF PARKING AND DRIVING SEEMED FLOUTED.

Secondly, getting a wheel chair was never a problem in any of the malls in Mumbai, but I was so depressingly surprised to see the Gaurds and the helpdesk assistants at V3S mall react on being asked for a wheel chair for my brother. They reacted totally surprised as if i was asking for a Free-Meal with a drink. NO WHEEL CHAIR AT THIS MALL.....that is simply unacceptable to say least. I left the mall in less than 15 minutes and have almost vowed not to visit this mall atleast.
