Dear Concern

My husband joined a company in vadodara on 15th March, 2010 he has been provided offer letter and was under probation period, at the time of interview he was infirm that his salary will be revise after 2 months with an increment of 1000 to his salary offered at the time of joining and appointment letter will be issue accordingly within a week he enquire many times to his Head of department regarding the appointment letter but not issue he feel job insecure and started searching for a job and with the grace of god he got an oppurtunity for a good company and he put resignation, before he puts his resignation he consult his HOD also but no intimation was inform to him and being under probation period according to offer letter he put resignation without intimation as it was not mentioned anywhere in the offer letter issued to him and the resignation was also been accepted verbally and make him seat till normal office our at the conferance hall nothing was mentioned in return they told me that my full & Final will be done. within few days.

It was 14th July when he left his job with proper resignation according to the offer letter. However when he enquire regarding his full and final settlement the HR manager inform that he need s to pay liu salary of 2 months that of 24, 000/- it was surprizing and they are practising this so that they can skip out of doing full and final setlement that is for his 14 days employment ship, kindly help out the way to get the payment due to the company as we are not belong to the hight family that keeps on lossing money to them without reason.
