I, Mukesh Kumar Choudhury, proprietor of Daulatram Industries had placed an order with an advanced cheque of Rs. 50000.00 (fifty thousand only) for the above mentioned machine to the above mentioned company on 23/05/2010 for supply out of ready stock.The total price of machine decided was Rs. 450000.00 (four lakh fifty thousand only).On 08/06/2010 we have send way-bill in form 50 along with one cheque of Rs. 350000.00 (three lakh fifty thousand only) dt-08/06/10 and one PDC of Rs. 50000.00 (fifty thousand only) dt-31-07-10. They delayed the delivery to 25/06/2010 and the same was received at our factory on 04/07/2010.But till date the machine has not been completely installed and put into operation after several inspection by their engineer. We have itimate the company authorities several times to take care of this problem.But everytime they are making some or other excuses.So please bring your kind attention to the matter and help me to get some remedy.
