Re: Fraud & bounce of cheque issued & Mental Harassment


Dear Sir,

I, Rajeev Aggarwal S/O Sh. C.B. Aggarwal R/o 34 D Kamla Nagar Delhi 110007. have applied for plot / flat vide application number (Old No.4727 ) NEW NO. ADC-hrd/55495/1/644 with Arun Dev Builders Limited with their above mentioned registered office.

The company fails to keep its commitment as per original plan. I would like to highlight the mental anguish and harassment I have been going through for more than 6 months.

I Book a plot for 150 Sq. YDS. On 28/09/2006 For Which I paid to the company Rs. 315000/- in Installment ( Receipt copy enclosed ) for possession in December 2007. After failing for posseision , they promise to give me a flat with in a year on 3rd January 2009 . But again they fail to keep their promise . so I decided to withdraw my money and put the application for withdrawal in the month of 5TH May , 2010 . I have spent many hours and useless visits and every time I have been given a false date and commitment for issuance for refund. Eventually, I am able to get hold of post dated cheques drawn on Punjab & Sind Bank Hemkunt colony Greater Kailash -1 New Delhi .


I have presented the cheques after waiting for approx 6 months and after deposit in bank the cheques is dishonored with a instruction of insufficient fund .

I am again into that loop with follow up with the fraud company mentioned above. I have contacted their Administrative manager Mr. Rajesh Malik ( Moblie No. 9313268235 ) Accounts department Mr. Nikhil Sharma (Moblie No. 9310136347 , 9311407781) , Mr. Anil Vedi (mobile No. 9313268235 ), Mr. Jatin (Mobile No. 9310145555 ), Company advisor Mr. parveen Bhardwaj (Moblie No.9990699906 ) and I have been given an option to submit the said cheque in lieu of new cheque for which any date is not given. I am also openly threatened to go to the court and wait for another 6 months to 12 months.

Please accept my complaint and request for immediate action against Mr. Manoj Bhardwaj (Managing Director), Mrs. Nina Bhardwaj (Director), Mr. Pawan Kumar Sharma (Director) and Mr. Ramesh Chander Sharma (Director) .

Booked in Sep 2007 in bhiwadi but till date nothing is done and taken back refund their cheques of even Rs 50000/ bounced. I advise be away and save ur money and time. They are making money and fooling people. Keep away from them

I, Rishab Jain S/O Sh. R.K Jain R/o A1/20, Varun Apartment, Sector -9, New Delhi. I have applied for plot of 100 sq.yrd by paying Rs 1,10,000 in two installments with Arun Dev Builders Limited in their Dehradhun Project with their above mentioned registered office.

The company fails to keep its commitment as per original plan. I would like to highlight the mental anguish and harassment I have been going through for more than 4 years.

The company is continuously making false statement of getting approvals on their land in another six months from last two years.

Please accept my complaint and request for immediate action against Mr. Manoj Bhardwaj (Managing Director), Mrs. Nina Bhardwaj (Director), Mr. Pawan Kumar Sharma (Director) and Mr. Ramesh Chander Sharma (Director) .

Dear Sir/ Madam,


I had booked a flat with Arundev builders and i was promised that the possession will be given in three years but even after 4 years, even the construction has not started.

After that i had applied for refund of my application no. 63845 and 63846 (Dev City Bhiwadi Project) but its been 5 months and i have not received any kind of reply from them.

There are many other customers who have been cheated in the same way.

Please help me as my hard earn money has been cheated by them. I am a middle class person and i am not the only one, there are atleast 50-100 more customers who have been cheated the same way.

The problem is more severe then it appears. ArunDev Builders is taking it very carelessly and they are not bothered about anyone.

i hope you will understand the gravity of my problem and act accordingly.
