My name is Lalit Kumar. I worked with BA Continuum Solutions, Gurgaon for atleast 3 months. During that phase i got into major depression, Social Phobia and panick attacks problems. So due to these problems i had to leave the company. The company terminated me on 22nd of February as i was not able to go after 2nd February,2010. Now they are asking me to pay the amount of 11,448/-. As i am going with psychaitric treatments and being mentally challenged and don't have the job so how can i pay them the aforesaid amount and moreover if they have terminated me and i didnot give formal resignation so why these guys are after me. Please help me out of the problem before they get into further mental harassments.
