i would like to bring to your attention about the Expereince that i recently had with bajaj finserve lending comany. These Buggers have screwed my life from past 2 months i trid making prepayment on 02/12/2011 but the cashier refused t take the payment as the chececk was aleady sent to my bank, i agreed and waited till 13/12/2011 and made payment via check i was told i will recevie the check for rs 1192 as that balance was due from Bajaj Finserve in jan 2012 i recevied a message from bajaj stating that my EMI is due and they deducted rs 1792 that month on 05/01/2012 despite of my reminder to thier respective branch on jan 02 2012. They have been wating since Jan to refund me and they do not give a definate asnwer about my refund check,, Please advise as this is causing lot of agrovation.......I am feeling helpless......Thanks to all who can advise and suggest the best option availbale.
