Dear Team,

I had a credit card from Barclay Cards, but due to some financial crises last to last year the payments were not made on time by me, but later i contacted bank to settle down my card, they had send me a representative for the settlement he called me and informed that your card has been settled in Rs 24000 in payment to be made in 2 shots, i asked him for the letter he told me that it is already dispatched by please make the payment before month end f december 2009, so i made the same of Rs 12000 in cash later he gave me a letter in which only one shot payment was mentioned on which i queries him on the same he said it no issue then i called him to collect second installment but he did not turned up, then i called up call centre of Barclays and asked them about the same, they said there is no problem we are sending an executive you make the payment to him and settle, i made the same.

But still my card is not settled and it shows outstanding of Rs 72000, which i cant pay, it is a mental as well financial harrasement, please guide me how to file a case agaist the bank.
i have payment receipts and settlemet letter also.
