I, Rajeev Kumar, Krishna Jwellery, Shop No.12, Patel Mahal, Matunga, Mumbai 400 019 have taken the help of Just dial on 2/3/2010 through their Agent Mr. Pranav Bhatt for business development. As per his explanations, he told that every day I will get minimum 3 calls from jwellery customers all over Maharashtra and Just Dial is responsible for that.I told very clearly to Pranav Bhatt that I do not want SMS but calls from Customers. We got some fake SMS, every day as no SMS is related to jwellery customers but some ladies number who do not know what is Just Dial. Some calls was related to Just Dial People and they told that one hour back we have purchased the gold from other jwellery because you did not call. Apart from such wrong informations, whenever I called he was not bothered to pick up the telephone and sometimes switch off the same. Whenever we are complaining to Just Dial they are transferring the calls to one and other. This play was going on for a month. After I got the number of Mr. Deepak Tukral, Manager and Ms. Meghna of Customer Care. They told me that you do not worry about this and we will pay the full amount. But they have deducted Rs. 1487/- as they told me that this is taxes and service charges from Just Dial. We got Rs. 3485/- on 19th May after continuous follow ups and stress by me and my brother Jayadev. It is noted that on 13/4/2010 and 31/5/2010 Just Dial have withdrawn Rs. 1655/- each from my Bank Account No. 124.1.23497.(Name : Rajeev Kumar V.). During this period I was having lot of mental stress apart from financial loss not because of my mistake and I beg to the Honourable Court to get a compensation of Rs. 50,000/- from Just Dial on immediate effect.
