I don’t agree to all the above statements . I have been working in this company for past 11 months and have not faced any problems. I have grown up in designation within a period of 8 months and I have been paid salary and incentives as per my tenure slab.All my seniors treat me as their co-worker .
I have been getting 6 regular offs as mentioned in the induction. I am proud to say that I work for a good company |

Be careful if you are working in C-Cubed. Last week a group of rowdies thronged to the C-Cubed building (Raasi) near Passport Office and shattered the Office into pieces. The computers and chairs were thrown out of the building. It seems the rowdies were targeting some managers and supervisors. But, they escaped. But, the real threat is still there to female employees. Nobody will be there to protect you if something happens. i am writing this when I am in the new Office of C-Cubed for Sony in H.S.R layout. We are under fear if rowdies will attack us here.

I was a witness to what had happened at Raasi .I agree that few chairs and monitors were thrown out. All the mangers were there at the building. Why were none of the mangers targeted even though they were all present there ? As per my understanding it was actually enforcing the court order on evicting the Raasi guys by the actual land lord.
If that was the case why did they not harm us and allow the management to take all the stuff? Are the rowdies so jobless to target only C-Cubed ? |

Oh really!!!! Do you know the real story? Then you must be a supervisor in the company .Please share with us also what the real story is . I now have a very strong feeling that whoever the supervisor is does not have much work in the company and is only checcking this blog .

[I agree with you. I was also there during the incident at Raasi building. I enquired with one of the rowdies as what was happening there. They replied that the company was on rent and never paid the rent for a duration of six months. Actually, I was a trainee then. I thought that paying the rent is difficult for those people, how come they pay our salary?
But I left my thoughts as I submitted my original doucuments and it would be given only after 6+1 months. Thank God!!!! They rejected me during training for no reason and returned my certificate back. But still now, I don't know why I got rejected. So guys, never expect reasons for their actions. They won't give you the proper reasons. Better search other companies. As some friends quoted above, BEING UNEMPLOYED IS BETTER THAN WORKING FOR C CUBED SOLUTIONS....... All the best guys.... Hi I've been following this blog for sometime now as an outsider, I think that this guy who ever he is is jobless. Get on with life my friend, its a big world out there and if this is what you do for a living think again....you will be left with nothing to do. There are some really frustrated youngeters who are just a burden to this world.

Dear bangalore and those guys who came from anywhereifrom india dont waste your time in c-cubed.this companiy is not fullfill ur any requirement.here no proper cab facility.no cab driver came in ur shift time any days.u are call always for cab driver for pick up and they didnt respond your call.they told something and do something.here food facility is also not good.here foods are so costly nothing taste and not good for health.here some bloody siniour are big mother****er.they always shouting u.even anybody doing wrong work.here computer are also not good work.every time internet and local network are going down.and in that case if u r told to anybody that i m not able to do this work due to network is not working.they shoutiing u and not understand your problem.they didnt increase ur salary even ur work is good or u r talented to do that work.here nothing for increase yoursellf.so i request you all guys that dont waste your time for trying this mother****er bloody bastered company.

All the managers are assholes in this company...Full of partiality....Hard workers will never get a promotion here in this company.Only the people who licks managers asses they will be promoted..moreover in this company things are happening community wise...

Hey Guys,
I was away from this for sometime now and was expecting more from the thread. I know the original poster of this thread hate many seniors in Sony Tech and Dinesh is one of them. Maybe some might not be knowing, for those, the news is Dinesh followed Ajo's steps, yes after Ajo, now Dinesh was terminated, guess what, he was not given the reliving letter and was terminated just 2 days before salary. I'm lovin it. Dinesh, best for luck getting a job for your goof-up talent. |
