    C-Cubed Solutions...even though they have so many problems they are able to grow and be successful, I'm sure that there is something definitely good about this place.

    I now think that I made a mistake by quitting this place, now I realize how important freedom of thought is while you are at work...My current company we work like robots we are not allowed to think at least in C-Cubed we had the freedom to express our thoughts and if it was good the mg mt definitely implemented it.

    Considering the growth of the company like mentioned by some of the friends I think it is definitely a very good place for freshers.

    I would say that unlike other call centers I have seen this place helps employees to find a balance between personal and professional life as you grow into senior positions within the organization.

    I had grown successfully until I had to quit since my family was relocating. I regret the missed opportunity and the Management had really helped me in finding my feet in this competitive world. I currently work in Gurgoan for a more famed company and they care least for your personal life.

    Promises made in the Orientation Programme are never kept:

    After the selection, the HR held an orientation programme for us (the selected candidates). It was presented in the slide-show that the salary will increase by Rs. 2000-2500 every three months. Luckily I noted the salary increment structure for future references. I'll come back to it later. They also told us that there will be Six Offs + One Casual Leave(CL) every month. However, there are no more than Five Offs within a month and the CLs are rarely given to the employees.

    I am working for a bigger company than CCubed that employees 3500 people and I too had the same problem...Looks like all these companies are same boos they never give leaves to the employees. Same issue with the break timings also, we also don get breaks as promised every time they have some problem or other...Looks like its an universal problem that all companies face...We might have to live with it...My boos tells me if you want breaks why do you come to offcie stay at home what answer will I give him....So I'm used to it and I'm happy because I don consider it a problem anymore.....


    Another thing promised in the orientation programme was 1 hour lunch/dinner break. I was disappointed when my trainer told me that the break is for only 45 minutes during the training period. I was pissed-off when team-leaders didn't give us more than 30 minutes for break when we went live on the floor.

    First of all, companies are not run for your families welfare. All organization try to utilize their resources maximum, but we(management of C Cubed) have a plan to make employees work like dog. They have to lick our asses to get position hike. And we will terminate people who questions this. who cares??? We do carry 15 members in one "rusted Sumo" like cows taken to market. I got lot of complaints regarding this, but I really went back to transport team to appreciate their efficiency and management skills. We are least bothered about your health, mentally and physically. And about the breaks, one hour is not required to have lunch or dinner. Every ****ers can have it within 15 minutes and piss two times and get back to work. If you have informed, that a leave will be taken in prior, then a DLOP will be charged, because we have a plan that we wont accept your leave requests.

    NB: "Medical leaves need to be approved prior one week."

    We do cheat customer to make our pocket full, and you wont even get a single penny from this. And all this idea was proposed to the management by DJ. I really appreciate him for this great, innovative idea. If my thoughts want you to be terminated, even if its in the midnight, you will be. The great thing is that you need to go on legs during midnight, even though if the cab go to the same route with one dog in it.

    Hobby : Eating pan parag and terminating employees for no reason.

    If a senior dog is terminated before the salary date, the management rewards me 69.50 RS( can get 20 PAN PARAG).

    I used to smile when employes says that they have lost the mouse, because, I'm the cat. For your kind knowledge dogsss. Sony Corporation provide each dog with goodies like Laptop, IPOD's, camera and many more, but Sai used to take all those and do a side business, a share is given to me also.
    I take this opportunity to appreciate Deepa and Chandini for recruiting dogs by giving fake info on the salary and leaves. We collect the original certificates to ensure that barking dogs seldom bite.
