Hi this is Nirmala Kalyani. I invested Rs. 3000 in Call EZEE because they promised me that they will provide clients for my INSURANCE Business. But now it has been 9 months I haven't got any client. They hardly provided me with 2 or 3 numbers but they were wrong numbers.Same with Just Dial.I invested Rs. 4000 but they gave me the clients but they were already contacted by somebody else. When I contacted the customer care they told that itsour fault & they provide proper clients while the fact is that they give 1 client to 10 people like us. It is very obvious that they will provide or rotate the same number to several providers otherwise how the customers will get choice. Take it in other way, if you call justdial for taxi cab and they provide you only one number which is not connecting or which is not providing you service within your budget then obviously you will go for another cab provider. Providing just your number is not the solution for customers know.

If you have any problems with Rizwanaa of Call EZEE then visit there office once and submit a written complaint there. If its not helpful then please update this space.

but when they made packages write at the time of contract signing they shuld tell or educate clients that how packages works

if i took premim package, mr x he will be in platinium obviously he will convert cases which he receives. because he paid more their.

at this time my suggestion is remove premium package. otherwise create lead basis. for one lead this much like that.

callezee worstest company in the world. i don t know still it in bangalore. that manager mohan he don t know how to speak with customers and how their company works

THIS MAKES YELLOW PAGES COMPANY TO MAKE FROUD. THIS IS NOT THEIR FAULT, THIS IS OUR FAULT BEFORE INVESTING WE SHOULD GET THEIR INFORMATIONS AND WE SHOULD INVEST. WE SHOULD NEVER LISTEN THAT TELE MARKETING GIRLS COMMITTMENT. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS COMMITTMENT.

On the month of June One Mr K Suresh Rao 9051016770 came and promised me of giving lead on Website for Rs 1103 as per contract. Till date they gave one BIG JUNK number who is NOT at all interested. Till date they(call ezee neither take my call or help me about the LEAD) PLEASE BE AWARE THEY ARE JUST CHEATING PEOPLE

FIGHT AGAINST UNSATISFACTORY SERVICES etc...

Two weeks ago I had registered with Callezee for my Boutique namely CHARVI for 6 months. The customer Care executive Miss Zarin(Phone No:-03340147823) & Mr. Sanjib Kumar(Phone No:-9088021665) repeatedly told me that everyday I will get minimum 3/4 customers,that's why I had registered with Callezee. But till date I did not get a single customer from them,not only that they never called me up & never sms me to give details of customer. All my money are goes in vain as I am not getting the business which they had assured me during the time of registration.I am very upset with Callezee & it's employees.NOW THEY ARE GIVING ME WRONG CONTACT DETAILS OF CUSTOMER.THIS IS REALLY VERY SAD.I AM SO MUCH DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS POOR PERFORMANCE OF CALLEZEE.
