This is a company called CCR COMMODITIES LTD dealing in mustard oil brand name agni.....having its registered office in- 4,government place north,"delta house" 11th floor kolkata-700001 in the year 2010,Corporate office-A-271,(F-1) first floor,reliance fresh,khirni phatak road,jhotwara,jaipur-302012,rajasthan(india) ph no- +91 9051678599....its a fraud company i had an agreement with this company in 2010 to take the C&F for its product Agni mustard oil in ASSAM region i paid them 10lakhs rupees after that due to some circumstances i thought of withdrawing my C&F they agreed to pay me the amount they also gave me a cheque but it didnt got cleared....they also gave me a written that they will return my amount but till now no sign of paying, i called their managing director C.R.ROY but he always said me that i will pay u very soon in nxt 3mnths,nxt 2mnths & nw its 2012...so i want to lodge a complaint against this company....nw as far my information this company is dealing with a new venture of capital marketing...its a fraud copmpany cheating the peoples all over india by providing C&F & not supplying the products in time & when the C&F wants to withdraw they dont pay the amount....The ph no of the MANAGING DIRECTOR C.R.ROY is +91 8239222288....he dont even receive calls...plz take some severe action against this company & help me get my amount...
