I had registered with angel enterprises thiruvalla for getting a servant in 2009 october.i had paid 4500 salary advance and 3500 as 1 year service charge .After 6 months the supplied servant by name deepa had to go for her marriage so we had asked the owner Mr Mathew to supply a new one .Servant had left on April 10th so we needed replacement immediately as i was working with a ltd company and without a full time servant i was not bale to go for work as my daughter had to be taken care..After much choice and calls to mathew By April30th they supplied a person by name santhi in my house in kochi where they took 4500 as advance salary to be given for her.But she left the next day stating she cannot work and she came because of much compulsion from mathew.From that day onwards we are constantly asking mr mathew to provide us a replacement.When he told us that he is not able to get a person we had aksed hm to pay us back the advance amount of rs 4500 paid and the balance service charge of 1500 odd.But till date he has not given us the same.he has given us various dates and we had infact sent our representative to collect the money as per his words.But he cheated us by not being there in the office.Now it is more than 2 months he is not marked his words and now is he telling us that u can file in consumer forum.Hope you would look into the same and do the needful.
