Cheating by Matrimonial Agent

Sir/Madam,
I (Shaik Ismail, Rtd.Section Officer, Genl.Admn.Deptt.A.P. Sectt. Hyd.) had given matrimonial advt., in the local news paper "The Siasat Daily" on 6-6-2010. One Nazia Begum running marraige Office by name Al-Naseeb Marriages (Abids), Hyderabad with office regd.No.1005/04 has sent an e.mail alongwith some photographs of the girls by taking my ID from news paper. I replied by e.mail that I have already registered with other marriage offices by Ashraf Ali and Marhaba Marriage offices. But the they cheated me by sending married girls good photos to attract me , so I dont want to register with UR office. She again phoned me and assured me that she will not do like this and she have really v.good alliances in her office. On her assurance V selected some photographs from her sent e.mail and asked to give their contact phone numbers and addresses. She given phone numbers for doing contact with them after taking registration and settlement of alliance fee as Rs.3,000/- which paid my wife by a crossed cheque.
On contacting to the girls very negative response is received to me that they want particular qualification boy only. Here my contention is that she had already seen my advt., in news paper and knows what R our requirement must be in a girl. She should have sorted out what type of girl V want and what type of girls parents want. Simply she thrown out v.good face girls to me without verifying our requirement and girl's parents requirement. She is interested only in collection of money. I objected strongly if the girl's parents R interested in a particular boy then why U have sent me such girls photos who Rnot interested in my boy's proposal.
I am very much dis-satisfied with the manner in which she is running office. I also noticed that it is a clear cheat to me and others. She is sending v.good face girls to grooms parents to attract them and collecting money from innocent parents. After taking money she is telling that she has done her job to give their phone numbers and it is parents fate whether they can agree or dis-agree with the proposal.
The second day only I written e.mail to her to return my money deposited as registration and settlement fee, as she has shown different photos who R interested in a particular type professionally qualified boy. I reminded to her over phone and personally visited on 17-6-2010 to return my money. She is denying to return my money by saying that once registration is done she cannot return my money. When I am dis-satisfied with her way of working, she has to return my money. As she is cheating to people and me by sending un-match proposals who look attractive and collecting money from them.
I therefore request UR goodself to pass necessary orders to refund my money and catch to such Marriage Offices running in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad who R collecting registration fee and settlement fee parents before doing any positve work.
