I am resident of Udaipur, Rajasthan, India and as details given on the site "Geek IT stores.com" and other I plant to take franchasiee of Geek products for Udaipur region. Mr. Amit Nayak, the said CEO of Geek IT Stores, Thane, Mumbai come over Udaipur along with his wife, father in law and mother in law and shown us the products which comes under their franchisee.
He send us a draft Agreement, we prepare the same on Stamp paper and send him for his signature and return it to us for our record.
We liked the products and arrange the money and as per requirment we send money to Mr. Amit Nayak by depositing at the Bank branch at Udaipur.
After long time and so many reminders over phone, emails, mobile messages he send us the products but charged the product price more than double.
Now we are unable to sell the products due to more than double purchase price. and Mr. Nayak has not talked with us, not picking up our phone calls, not responding mobile messages and also our e-mails. In this way he cheated us and we are in very much difficulties due to this AMIT NAYAK of Geek IT stores, Thane, Mumbai. So be alreat from this person.
He also cheated some people in others parts of India.

I agree with the above comments made on geek IT stores registration with Nilesh, i would really like to thank Nilesh for he sent me a certificate issued to me for using geek IT stores at Warangal as i first took the franchise of geek from Amit Nayak, he cheated me with the invested money and gave me only half of the goods for my store, for the rest goods he kept saying don't worry i will send you and it has been almost 8months i started, now he refuse to take my phone also. I know Amit Nayak since i made my interest in getting geek it stores franchise, i made some of the token amount in his account and then he visited my place with his wife to Nagpur. After i made full payment of my stock he only gave me half of the stock and then started rejecting my phone calls, and i was personally so disturbed as i put all my investment in to business and there were no supports from him, one day he picked my phone and i was literately crying on the phone and that guy was laughing at me. Anyone can judge this Cheater now that what kind of a person he is, he also have cheated his ex partner Nilesh and when i called Nilesh he told me that he has been cheated as well but he gave me assurance that whatever brands he was selling in his own store with his brand or any other he will clear them out for me. I would really like to thank this wonderful person and he started to get my stock back from me as he promised me.

All Mobiles he brings in to the country are all with Fake IMEI numbers as he has no presence in Taiwan nor in Germany or China as we have confirmed this with the Taiwan Chamber of Commerce in New Delhi and they have found that there are no such registration in their country. Address in China, USA & Germany are also Fake and baseless. Also if you see he has not given any of his Mobile Number or his any Contact details in India as he fears if that is given people will come to him for their money.

We have recently found out that Mr.Amit Nayak an Ex Employee of M/S.Sudarshan is un officially marketing & publishing the brand "geek IT stores" which is completely an illegal offense with the Companies Act as well as with the Trade Mark laws.

We request all those who has opted for the "geek IT stores" or who are already using this brand as well as willing to go through, please take this in notice to check this documents which are registered in our Company M/S.Sudarshan.

Also consider this as a Public Notice for the created trade mark offense by Mr.Amit Nayak for using, marketing or publishing & manufacturing or assembling electronic goods with our brand name "geek or geek IT stores". I agree with the above comments made on geek IT stores registration with Nilesh, i would really like to thank Nilesh for he sent me a certificate issued to me for using geek IT stores at Warangal as i first took the franchise of geek from Amit Nayak, he cheated me with the invested money and gave me only half of the goods for my store, for the rest goods he kept saying don't worry i will send you and it has been almost 8months i started, now he refuse to take my phone also. I came to know about geek and called Nilesh he sent me an official documents of geek registered in his name and sent me a support certificate to use geek brand in my area. Dear friends please note Amit Nayak is a very big and professional cheater and for that i am going to file a cyber crime at Warangal as he has cheated by posting his advertisements on websites.

I know Amit Nayak since i made my interest in getting geek it stores franchise, i made some of the token amount in his account and then he visited my place with his wife to Nagpur. After i made full payment of my stock he only gave me half of the stock and then started rejecting my phone calls, and i was personally so disturbed as i put all my investment in to business and there were no supports from him, one day he picked my phone and i was literately crying on the phone and that guy was laughing at me. Anyone can judge this Cheater now that what kind of a person he is, he also have cheated his ex partner Nilesh and when i called Nilesh he told me that he has been cheated as well but he gave me assurance that whatever brands he was selling in his own store with his brand or any other he will clear them out for me. I would really like to thank this wonderful person and he started to get my stock back from me as he promised me.

1997: Giving Steroid as a GYM Instructor in one of the Top Health Club in Surat,
1998: Caught stealing Diamond Watch from the Biggest Diameters Son in Surat at Ghod Dod Road.
2000: Cheated near about 4.5crs to Surat's top most person by showing him fake project in Germany.
2002: Caught cheating Hero Mindrom Franchisee in Surat and was then thrown out.
2005: Cheated Rediff.com Surat Franchise and again was thrown out from there too.
2007: Cheated many in Surat by showing fake project of ERP Solutions in Surat for half price.

Mr. Amit Nayak the said CEO, Geek IT stores, Thane, Mumbari has cheated us by giving his franchisee and send his product in more than double cost.
And now he not pickingup our phone calls, response of our emails etc.
He came to our residence with his wife and father in law and mother in law (as he introduced) to show the products. The products are available in local market in less then 50% price.
We are in great difficulty.

I am resident of Udaipur (Rajasthan), India. Mr. Amit Nayak the said CEO, Geek IT Stores, Thane, Mumbai (India) has cheated us by giving Franchisee of Geek Products to my son Mr. Deepak Soni. He has come over to Udaipur with his wife, father in law and mother in law (as he said) and showed us his products.
He also send us the draft agreement. We prepare the same on stamp paper and sent the same to him but after his signature he never sent the same to us.
He charged us by charging more than double cost of the products in compare to market. And due to more than double cost we are unable to sell these products in the market.
We are in great difficulty due to this person.
Now he is not replying our e-mails, not picking up our phone calls.
We are greatful if any person/institution etc. can help us in this matter.

even before he started this store he has been a cheater. cheating is in his blood. he is a bloody fraud. he had started a computer education company which for which he offered francisee to many people but before the franchisee could start the company shut down leaving the franchisee and the suppliers in a lurch.
