I am resident of Udaipur (Rajasthan), India. Mr. Amit Nayak the said CEO, Geek IT Stores, Thane, Mumbai (India) has cheated us by giving Franchisee of Geek Products to my son Mr. Deepak Soni. He has come over to Udaipur with his wife, father in law and mother in law (as he said) and showed us his products.
He also send us the draft agreement. We prepare the same on stamp paper and sent the same to him but after his signature he never sent the same to us.
He charged us by charging more than double cost of the products in compare to market. And due to more than double cost we are unable to sell these products in the market.
We are in great difficulty due to this person.
Now he is not replying our e-mails, not picking up our phone calls.
We are greatful if any person/institution etc. can help us in this matter.
