City Car Help Line Pvt. Limited, Registered Office: H 5, Near Hotel Jaipur Palace, Tonk Road, Jaipur - 302015 collected Rs,1100/= renewal of my membership no. AP-14768 valid upto 20/04/2010 on 24/03/2010 itself and issued onroad membership card registration no. 57364 for my Car no. RJ 14 5C 7053. On 31/03/2010 I was transferred from Jaipur to Mumbai, so on 02/04/2010 I requested to cancel my next year renewal and refund the money which was collected for the period of 21/04/2010 to 20/04/2011.

The Company representative Mr. Sandeep Kanwar who collected the money from me, assured to refund the amount before my leaving the Jaipur i.e. by 06/04/2010. But he continue to defer the payment by assuring next-next date, When I didnot get money back even after making repeated calls to Mr. Sandeep, I emailed the company on support@citycarhelpline.co.in on 19/4/10 and again on 20/4/10 for refund.

Mr. Sandeep continued to give me next-next date of around weeks time for refund of money, giving multiple reasons like his leg is broken or manager is operated. Meanwhile I have more than 100 Calls to Mr. Sandeep phone number 9352160203 and 9829126026 and 01415106046 but one week before he has refused to repay. This is cheating by the Company and his representative.

The complain is being made to issue due instructions to the company.

I Invest a sum of Rs 1,42,010/- (Rupees one lac forty two thousand and ten only) with City Realcom Ltd during July 2008. They offer me to received a sum of Rs 8,800/- per month after one month. I received six cheques of Rs 8.800/- from Aug 2008 to Jan 2009 but all the cheques are bounced. I have all the receipts of City Realcom Ltd.
