My name is ajit and I am a software engineer ,from last 4 months I used to do work in software company named as DAMCO Group, after working 3 months I was fed with their work environment and I resigned from company as per my offer latter I had to serve 15 days notice period until I confirmed in company and that time I was not confirmed even though they forced me to serve 2 months notice period and I refused to do so then they just told me that you may go to your home now we will call you after some days to proceed your relieving .Now the situation is they never called me up and I made numerous call to them but some time they never respond and some time give me excuses that hr is in meeting and we will call you after two days etc . Even today I made them a call now hr Manager said that your case is absconding and we are thinking on that but the fact is I followed each and every steps ,I resigned in proper manner I talked to hr manager and my Project manger how they can treat me like this .They never gave me last month salary my TDS and pf and more important my experience latter .Please suggest me what to do now I am getting frosted.
