i have cleared one interview at CIL Textiles Pvt Ltd. Indore, he has took condition infront of me, we shall deduct Rs. 1500.00 monthly in your salary for security deposit till 3 years, after that the whole amount has been refund you in condition that if i continue work with them. otherwise my are lapse.

many times we are facing this type of problem.
