    Default Complain against "Ratan Enterprise Dealer" of Bharatgas at Kalewadi phata, Pune

    I am Debdas Dey, 34 years old, Male, work in a private organisation at Hinjewadi, Pune. My mail id: debdas_dey@rediffmail.com and contact number is" +91-7798246400

    Recently, after getting married, I transferred from Bangalore to Pune. I wanted cooking gas connection at Hinjewadi (Pune) in my rented house. I searched and found "Ratan Enterprise" in Kalewadi phata as nearest dealer in Bharatgas. So I went there with my wife. The lady in counter clearly told that Hinjewadi is not in their area. But we requested her to consider as we are new in the city to find another dealer. She was not agreeing. Finally I told her I dont want the delivery facility and will collect my own. I am ready to give written consent for that. Then she took my details and told me to wait for my number to come.
    After a month, yesterday, once again I visited their office and asked the lady for status. She then told that the connectivity process is going and one person will visit my place for verification. She gave the person's name (Madhukar) and his mobile no.
    Today Mr. Madhular visited my house. In the interaction, I told him that I only need the connection without oven. I informed I had one 6-8 months old oven; I had one private connection before. The person suddenly changed and refused to give me connectivity. I pleaded him for a connection. He wanted to see the oven and I showed him. He didn't even touch oven and immidiately said that the oven is not fit; also said he will give the enquiry feedback "Not OK".
    Then I understood the whole part and immidiately went to the dealer shop to request the LADY where Mr. Madhukar was alse present. The LAdy HAD a sympathy FOR me earlier, but this time they both told without oven I will not get the connectivity.
    Then I told them that it's not mandatory to buy the oven. Then Mr. Madhukar became very rude in his voice. I was shocked !!

    Here the whole point is, who gave the right to Mr Madhukar to misuse his power as he is represting the Bharatgas authorised dealer "Ratan Enterprise". Here my request is, pls do a valid verification and send a strong message to the dealer for misusing government property for public.

    I am still in a hope that I will get a gas connectivity without taking the oven from Bharatgas dealer. I am waiting for valid enquiry and justice.

    Default RATAN gas agency

    hi,

    Ratan gas agency not responding. I am applying for refil cylinder through web site and they take this request after week. They tell us that it takes week to come request to them if you apply through through web site.
    They never pick up the phone even if you try continuously for a week.
    Please give this agency to some better hand.

    Finally, I met the owner of RATAN Agency; her name is Dr. Anita Bajirao Kamble. She is doctor and is a nice lady. She humbly apologized for the incident in front of all her employees and promised me that she will definitely not tollerate any of her employee's misbehavior or unethical practices. Also if any other any customer with complain against her agency, she is ready to solve it. She gave me the permission to publish this in my blog also. It sounded good to me.
    If anyone has any valid complain against RATAN agency, then please drop me a mail to debdas_dey@rediffmail.com. I will help you out there.
    Pls remember, if anyone has any fault, then just dont ignore it as we often do. Protest it. Take out some time out of your hectic scedule and protest it by law. Dont just ignore one's fault to let that happen again with others. Sometime what happened, the actual authority does not know that about the malpractices by their employees. So unless you take steps to protest, you never know the right things to do. Pls remember, if you are honest in whatever you do, then take few more steps, but NEVER IGNORE !!

    Angry BAD service from Ratan enterprises, kalewadi, a bharat gas agency

    Hi,

    Ratan enterprises, a bharat gas agency in Kalewadi, is not responding to properly customer call and also they are not delivering the gas even after repeated request. they just keep on pushing on the dates also they will provide you delivery guys number that too wrong delivery guys number there system is refering to other guy whereas actual delivrey is one by some one else. Due to this no delivery is being done to my house ven after repeated request. I am planning for legal action in consumer forum.

    Default Let us teach ratan enterprises a lesson

    For all those who are facing frustrations with this agency, please email me at vscidd@gmail.com. We should get together and file a joint complaint with bharat petroleum or drag them in consumer court.
    Please dont ignore this as we citizens need to get together against such frauds and inefficiencies in this system.

    I have applied for new gas connection at Ratan Gas Enterprise, kalewadi Phata
    At the time of application, manager there Mr. Dilip told me I would get connection within three months.
    Now after three months, whenever I ask about my connection answer is we are distributing till 8000 only, you have to wait for one more month. After one month, again same answer.

    Can anybody tell me,
    By law in how many days we should get gas connection?
    Is it necessay to buy gas stove from them?
    Also can I lodge a complain against this?

    Default Not recived gas before booking 15days

    I am 49277 from. I have book gas on date 14th February 2012 through My Mobile.I have booked gas before 15 days but not recived till date.
    Please send me the status of my booking as fast as possible as it is causing lot of inconvenience.
