My Name is Navneet Mishra Mob. 09839488125 I am working as billing Engineer in APCO Infratech Ltd (Formerly Know Apco Construction (P) Ltd). From 14-March-2010.


I m leave the job on dt-16-Jun-2010. After submit the Resign Letter on dt- 20-jan-2010. But HR Manager of company Mr. K.K. Srivastava promised me in 05 month from 21-Jan2010 to 16-Jun-2010 to settle your account of salary as soon. I am too depressing and leave the job on dt-16-jun-2010.my 45 days salary payment is stile till date on company.

So I requested to you please help me regarding payment of 45 days salary from APCO Infratech Ltd (Formely Know Apco Construction (P) Ltd)

I Mr. Vijay Kumar Bhattarai was working as Territory Sales Executive (for I Mobile brand) with JSK MARKETINGS PVT. LTD. Was appointed on 16 August 2010.

I was appointed by Mr. Somnath Dey Regional Sales Manager (+91- 9769485577) due to half month he told me the salary will be given in next month.... then some other reason next month so on 04 november I mailed them to do full and final settlement.....

Hi,

This is a request for the payment of Salary (August-October) and Expenses incurred while on job.

I joined JSK Marketing Pvt. Ltd. as Territory Sales Executive on 16th august 2010 and have not received any payment from the company ever since. Hence, release me with final compensation for my time with the company. Details below;

Salary for the Month of;
August - 6000/- (Reported joining on 16th Aug)
September - 12000/-
October - 12000/-

Total expenses: 7560/-

Total Pending Amount: 37560/-
