Sir,

My name is ramphal and started trading with TRADESWIFT DERAVATIVE PVT LTD. Jaipur (Rajasthan) with the help of a local sub broker which was connected with the said broker.

My two natural gas position was running in the account with the sufficient balance was maintained. The sub broker lost some amount due to trading and run away by closing his office. After that I started tele-communication with the main broker.

After some days on 03/02/2012 the main broker mailed me called me at my no.09992113117 by telling that they square off (Sale out) my both natural gases position.
They never contact with me regarding my position of trading and about the account status.

There was sufficient balance in my account and I purchase both gases one was on 119 & second was on 131 and sufficient amount was maintained.

But now the TRADESWIFT refusing to return my balance which is in my account may Rs.35000/-.

Requesting that pls help me to get my balance amount.
