I had taken Personal loans of Rs.175000/- from Fullerton India Credit Company Limited
My loan account no is 027525000016210, when I had taken a loan I was working but in recession I lost my job, but after lost my job in April 2010, I had fail to pay the EMI

But now Fullerton India recovery agents have started to harassing me like hell, I had told them that as soon as I get a job or I arrange cash I will pay towards my loan account, but now Fullerton India recovery agent have start using bad words and abusing me by using bad language. They went at my place and create an issue before my neighbours also, they used abusive language to my wife, my mom and my sister. My mother is a heart patient and even she has been abused by them at late night by coming to my house. I received a call from 8808211071 at 10:00 AM on 24/07/2010

I already told Mr ankur Yadav, Collection Manager, Fullerton India who sits in Dilshad Garden
Unit - 2 & 3, First Floor, CSC Pocket-I, Dilshad Garden,Delhi - 110 095, Mobile No:9717897274 (Landmark: Opp. Red Cross Hospital) about my financial problem and solution, but he also abused me and said that you have to make payments to stop all this. He is also calling my native town, Jhansi and threatening my uncles Manoj Verma & Lokesh verma.
Recovery agent is spoiling my name in my residence and my previous work place area by telling my loan history and using chor and all languase. Is that allow to them?

Please suggest me the solution because I can't take more pressure, and I can't show my face in society, I feel like to suicide because to make prestige I have to work years and years and your recovery agents are spoiling my name in minutes.


Due to global financial crisis deliquencies have increased and when I am assuring that i would be making the payment what is the sense in calling us and threatning us and my old mother , i iwant strict action against the said employee and her senior

Dont get stressed out. If you have a document from the firm from which you lost your job. You can enquire with the fullerton office whether you availed any insurance with the loan or not. If yes, then ask them to process the claim. If they dont co-operate file a complaint in consumer court the very next day without delay telling that inspite of having paid the premium for insurance cover on job loss you are not being compensated. It will be difficult for you to get these details but you have to know which insurance they sold as an attachment while giving you loan. Give a application to the local police station about the harrassement if any with a copy being marked to the bank also. Send the copy of the complaint to the bank. Send a legal notice to the bank saying you want to settle the account at any future date. All this only if you dont have money to pay. If you do have money to pay and are trying not to pay intentionally then you will suffer the consequences.

I took loan from Fullerton India Credit Company(Dilsukhnagar,Hyderabad) in 2008 with a loan amount of Rs 1,00,000/-. Due to recession, I lost job in April 2009. However, I am able to pay my EMI's every month somehow. The new executive Mr Rambabu is now at my head to clear the EMI for the July month. Earlier executives Sridhar and Surya were polite and understandable. I do not have any pending EMIs till June, 2010. Please let me know how to proceed further.

I Kishan kumar availed a loan of rs. 20,0000 from fullerton India credit ltd. On 24.09.2011 loan a/c no. 6825000022930, as per the bank terms i signed an electronic clearing system form 5-6 months my emi of rs. 6467 was debited by the fullerton but after 3 months they call me and said i have to make full and final payment as the ecs problem Occurred by their end, i have my bank statement which states that i have the proper balance in my account every month i told them to take cheques and clear emi through cheque if there is a problem Occurring by their side. But the forced me to do full and final payment, i'm a salaried person and i can't do so in one shot. Now when i tried to take a car loan bank refused and said my name is in cibil,, sir plz tell me what to do now.

I had taken Personal loans from Fullerton India Credit Company Limited. Fullerton employees calling 100 times to take the loan from your company, but when time comes to support customer that time they are not supporting them. Litterally this peope are begging infortn of customers to complete their target. Its very reduculous & shame on them.

My husband went to Thane brach to collect our statement as we needed it for Home loan. My husband where ask to sit for 3-4 hrs to collect it. After asking in betweend this 3-4 hrs they used to tell system is not wroking we are not able to get data to generate statement bla bla bla.....Is this fullerton service for customer??????

Do you have answer/explanation of these question?????? if yes then pls tell us??????

Remember we ll never recomment your company name for Personal loan to our friends, colleagues not even other people.

Sir, i had taken 50000/- from fullerton at jodhpur in oct' 10, i had given 11 emi so far but my outstanding amt. Still as it. Now i get to knw 8 they r taking 49% as interest, they r nt even giving me any loan statement as asked by me to them. Plz suggest wt to take action against the company.

the fullerton india is worst .. if we delay a month to pay amount they used t talk like rogue, rowdies ... every1 s rowdies who r all working in fullerton .. No:1 worst concern .. the oly thing is they dnt speak bad words ..
