Dear Concern

Last year Mr. Sanjay Dwivedi(3E Management Consultants) recruited me for an employment with his consulting agency in Noida.I was appointed as a senior consultant however, never received an appointment letter from him despite several reminders.After few days, I received a mail from Mr. Dwivedi stating change of my employment from a full time employee to a part time consultant: a fact which was unacceptable to me as I had joined as a full time employee. Therefore I had to discontinue with him. Since then he had been promising me of my small payment that was due with him from Sep last year. After many calls and reminders, he released two different post dated cheques and stopped payment for one of them the very next month. When asked for payment, he threatened to lodge a police complaint against me making a false allegation that I still have a file from his office. I had a file was given to me by him and I couriered the same in the very next week when it was asked. I don't have any other office property with me. Some of my past colleagues in the same office told me that earlier he had retained payments for other employees as well making false allegations and threatening them of similar actions.

While employed, I was asked to come to office at 7:15 am while the office timings that were told to me were from 9:30 am to 6 pm. The role was of a consultant with extensive travelling(again a fact that was never disclosed to me before joining). Usually I came back home by 10 pm in the evening(as most of his client are in far locations like Gurgaon and greater Noida).Even after such long hours he asked me to work from home and mail the details the very day itself(in nights at home).

I feel humiliated and cheated. Please let me know if there is any help available on this.

Hi to all readers,
I am a professional from BPO Ind. My last employer has my 12th Cert. in his custody as submitting it was a pre requisite while joining. Now that I have left the co. , I am asked to pay my 45 days salary to get it released.
Noteworthy is that I have worked with this co. only for little more than 3 months & have no permanency employment or bond signed with this co.However I was unable to serve my 15 days notice before resigning, Also I have worked more than 15 days for this co. for which I seek no compensation.
I request the readers to advise me , if demanding a payment in lieu of my 12th cert. is legal & in any case what are my options ; as I definitely need my documents without making any payments.
